In shelter Dog

Kenosha, WI, 53143
Pet name:
Border Collie
Jessie is a 1 year old Border Collie Mix! She currently weighs in at only 40lbs. This is not the weight Jessie should we. We believe that a healthy weight for Jessie would be around 60-70lbs.

Jessie had the misfortune of not being treated as she deserved. She was starved and eventually ended up in a shelter. Due to space, Jessie was set to be euthanized. Thankfully, Furever Friends Sanctuary was able to claim her freedom from the shelter and get her placed into a foster home. Now, shes having so much fun with the other dogs in her foster home and is being showered with love!

Jessie is being fostered in McHenry, IL. She is housebroken, is great with both dogs and cats and does wonderful with children. A fenced yard is preferred for Jessie, or a family with an active lifestyle. She is great on leash and would be a perfect walking/jogging companion!

Jessies adoption fee is $375 which will include her spay surgery, microchip, up to date vaccinations and care until adoption!

Jessie is an absolutely wonderful girl. She loves naps wherever her head falls. She is incredibly sweet and super smart! Her favorite things to do are play, snuggle and shower her favorite human with kisses!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
