This beautiful soul is Gypsy! Gypsy is an approximately 2.5-year old female Border Collie/Labrador/Pit Bull mix and weighs around 55 lbs. She was rescued after being attacked by wild dogs on an Indian reservation. Gypsy is a gentle soul, well-mannered, and affectionate, despite what she has been through. She loves to play with other dogs and toys, she can be selective in her playmates so she will need to meet all dogs in the home before adoption. She has done great with the children that she has met at adoption outreaches and has stayed in a home with a 9-year old and 3 other dogs with no issues. Gypsy is crate trained. She walks well on a leash and is house trained. She likes meeting new people and is social. Gypsy would love a home where she can spend time indoors and outdoors with her person or family, being included in activities. She is affectionate and would most likely love cuddling on the couch with her person. Gypsy did not have the best start at life, but she is so over that, and ready to live her best life! Gypsy is spayed, current on vaccines, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $200.00. HOME VISIT REQUIRED! Since Gypsy is in a boarding situation, she qualifies for a foster or foster with intent to adopt as well as adoption. If you would like to adopt Gypsy and make her a part of your family, please apply at FYDRadopt.com If you would like to foster or be a foster-to-adopt for Gypsy, please complete a foster application at www.foreveryoursokc.org/foster-application.
