Description:
Meet Sophie! Sophie is a 6 year old purebred bull terrier. We rescued Sophie about a year ago now and we have been treating her for heartworms. She is officially ready to find her forever home now! Sophie is fully grown at 50 lbs and very solid. She is medium to high energy. Ideally we would love to find her a home with previous bull terrier experience.

Sophie is dog selective- she does best with male dogs. She does have high prey drive so no little dogs in the home. Sophie absolutely loves people! She would be perfect for someone looking for a companion. Due to her strength, we would suggest a home with older children as she could knock little ones over very easily. Sophie is house and crate trained.

Sophie is fully vetted- up to date on all shots, spayed and microchipped. Sophie is heartworm negative- she has been treated and will need to stay on monthly heartworm prevention. Sophie is available locally for meet and greets. Sophie can be adopted out of state to approved adopters- a transport fee would apply in addition to her adoption fee.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
