You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sweet Peas adoption fee is $150 and includes all initial vetting (3 FVRCP Vaccines, Rabies Vaccine), spay/neuter, FIV/FELV testing (heartworm testing where applicable only available at certain clinics), and microchipping. Please note, spay/neuter surgery is age/weight dependent. You will be given a voucher for any additional care needed. All additional veterinary care is done at our contracted vet, Pet Station, 1220 W. Main St., Union, MO 63084. Kittens generally will require 2-3 additional appointments in this area, if this is an issue, please do not apply.
