COURTESY POSTED: My name is Hope; I am a seven-month-old female Catahoula Leopard Mix. I was found walking along the waterfront in San Leon, Texas with my sister Grace around 8-30-22. We were lost, scared and skinny and had not been abused but appeared to have been very neglected. I weigh about 28 lbs. and I look GOOD. We were desperately looking for someone to love us and provide us with a new home. We were rescued from a shelter and are being fostered by my current parents. We received all our vaccines, heartworm test, were chipped and spayed while at the shelter. We recently learned to walk on a leash and play ball!! We love riding in the car, riding on golf carts, playing ball with each other, playing with kids and other mild-mannered dogs. I have a lot of energy but I know how to relax when it’s hot outside I love to relax in the shade. I like to be pet but not over bearing I’d rather play ball or go for a walk. I love my yard, my foster parents have a fenced yard to keep me safe I love the outdoors but I could easily be an inside pet since the air conditioning feels so good when we ride in the truck. Sometimes we bark at other animals but give us 5 minutes with each other and we will become best friends. Please consider adopting me and I will guarantee your life will be enriched!
