Description:
Hi, my name is Tarkenton!

My foster family says I can be a little shy at first, but once I get to know you they say Im a complete sweetheart and enjoy all the love, and cuddles.

I love going on a lot of walks with my foster mama, so I can get used to all of the sounds outside. At first, I would bark at cars, but I am less afraid now as I am gaining lots of confidence. One of my favorite things is playing with my foster familys dog.
We play in the backyard, go on walks together, and then cuddle after because we are so worn out.

Potty training is going great according to my foster mom. I go to the door when I want to go outside, explore the backyard, and go potty. No more accidents for me!

Im ready to find my forever home and maybe thats you!

Kisses,
Tarkenton

All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spay/neuter before adoption unless age is a factor with a puppy younger than 6-12 months at the time of adoption. If that is the case, the spay/neuter will be covered in the adoption fee and the owner will be responsible to have the procedures completed at a Warrior Dog Rescue Veterinarian at the appropriate time.

Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.

Adoption Fee - $575

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
