Hello potential adopters! I would like to introduce you to Ziva Chi - a female, 7 year old (approximate age - could be younger), black, Chi mix with amazing ears! She can hear you say what a good girl she is from two rooms away! She has a shiny, smooth, black coat and weighs about 14 pounds.

The meaning of the name Ziva is radiance, brightness and light, which describes her perfectly. Ziva is an extremely sweet girl and will bring happiness and joy to your day. According to her foster, her tail is always wagging and she follows her everywhere she goes.She also has stated that she has not heard Ziva bark! So, she would be a great fit for an apartment or condo.

Ziva enjoys being the perfect lap dog. She has also been given the honorable title of a "Master Couch Potato"! Ziva loves being around her people. She does have a little anxiety when her foster leaves. It also must be said that she is a bit of a "chicken"! Her foster has to stand by her in the garden for her to potty. If a random, loud sound is heard, she hurries back inside. Therefore, Ziva might need a quieter family household.

She is leash and crate trained. Ziva will cry initially when put in her crate, but does settle down. She also has very nice house manners (if kept on a schedule). Ziva is great with other dogs and is just fine with kids with slow introductions due to her shyness.

* Ziva does require surgery to remove a growth on her mammary gland and to be spayed. Its scheduled for early August. Dont let that stop you from adopting the sweetest girl in town! You will be so glad that you did!
