How about those ears?! Introducing Princess, a 1.5 year old spayed female "chiweenie" (chihuahua/dachshund mix) who weighs 10 lbs. This little lady found herself at risk at a high volume, rural shelter after being surrendered by her owners as "unwanted." Our hearts broke for this poor baby and we just knew her story could not end there! Princess is a sweet girl who is thankful for any kindness and attention she is offered. She was very nervous at the shelter and just wanted reassurance and comforting. Princess is happy to be carried around and snuggled and makes friends easily. She seems to really gain confidence from other dogs and loves spending time and cuddling with her pals, Gizmo and Twinkie. Princess is such a special girl and promises to be a wonderful companion for the family willing to give her a chance.
