Description:
Pepper might possibly be the sweetest Chihuahua you ever did meet. This petite (8 lbs) gal is 9-years-old, but she says age is just a number.
Pepper recently returned to the rescue after her adopter had to go into assisted living. She loved her mom, but fortunately she’s navigated the change very well.

Although she can be timid at first, Pepper loves attention and after a few days she gets comfortable and settles in with ease. She likes it when her people are home, but she’s not a clingy dog. In fact, Pepper is just the right mix of snuggly and independent.

Pepper does do well with other dogs. She is crate-trained and house-trained. She is not very vocal except for the occasional whine for attention, or bark at people entering the house with whom she is not yet acquainted. We do not know how she does with children, but due to her size we recommend older, calmer children who are savvy with small dogs.

Pepper is spayed, microchipped, tested negative for heartworms, and up to date on vaccines and preventatives. Her adoption fee is $75. If you are interested in possibly adopting Pepper, please fill out an Adoption Application on our website at www.allpawsrescueok.org.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
