This sweet little lady is Raina. She is 8 years old and for the past 4 years she has lived with her sister, Midna, who is also available for adoption. Although they are not bonded, they enjoy eachothers company and would love to be adopted together! Raina tolerates other dogs, but is not the type to play with them. If she is not adopted with Midna, another older, gentle pup would be best. Raina takes a little bit to warm up to adults, but LOVES to cuddle with kids as long as they are gentle with her. She is housetrained and will use puppy pads at night if she needs to go. All Raina is asking for is a nice home where she can spend her days basking in the sun! ***Raina was not spayed until just recently when she joined the rescue. Because of this she had to have mammary tumors removed. They were not cancerous but we do not know if or when additional tumors might grow. Another reason to spay your pets! Unspayed female dogs are at a much higher risk of mammary tumors/cancer.
