DEMI is a sweet, little long haired Chihuahua/Papillon mix) who loves to cuddle and get belly rubs. She is very affectionate, but can be anxious at times. She would do best with a female adopter, but has gotten significantly better with men during her time with her foster parents. DEMI can be shy at first, but once you get to know her she loves to run around and play. She doesnt play with other dogs, but gets along well with her fosters Shih Tzu (who also doesnt play with other dogs). As long as she goes out on a consistent schedule, she will not have accidents inside. She does well in a crate, too.


This pet is spayed or neutered in accordance with our strict policy wherein all animals are altered prior to adoption. This pet is de-wormed, current on vaccines, and started on monthly flea/tick preventatives.

Animal Alliances policy is that we will adopt dogs younger than 1 year old to families with children under 9 years old. We do not adopt dogs 1 year or older to families with children under 9 years old due to the unknown history of adult dogs.
