Meet Heidi Ho!

Heidi Ho entered Chula Vista Shelter as a stray, and when she wasnt claimed during her hold period, we scooped her up to become a Frosted Face on September 9th. Heidi Ho is about 10 years old and weighs 13 lbs. She is very sweet, but understandably, she has been a little nervous in her new environment at FFF. Heidi Ho has already had bloodwork, x-rays, and an exam with our onsite veterinarian, Dr. Russell. She will be having a dental in mid-October to get her mouth in tip-top shape! Heidi Ho enjoys going on our weekly Sunday hikes and walks nicely on a leash. She also likes to be held and to sit on laps.

Heidi Ho just left for a two-week Frosted Fling so we can learn what she is like in a home setting. We received a great first update from her Fling Dad: "Heidi is on Day 3 of her Frosted Fling and doing great. Shes walking better on her leash and has been sleeping a lot. Shes vision impaired but can see shadows. Shes doing great with my other dog who has been showing her the ropes."
