Description:
Freckles (fka Dumbalina due to her large ears) is a 1 year old, 12 pound, Chihuahua mix. She was found as a stray, lonely and confused, but has flourished in a home and is ready to find one to call hers forever. Freckles can be slightly shy at first, but with just a short amount of time she will show her true personality which is full of love and energy. She is potty trained and good in a crate, but she is still working on being confident with the leash. Although Freckles can be reserved at first, she loves to play with other dogs once she gets comfortable and would enjoy having other friends like to wrestle and run as much as she does. And bonus- she is good with cats too! She has the energetic personality of a 1-year-old, but she is always up for cuddling with her people. In addition to her wish to have playful dog friends in the home, Freckles would also enjoy having children around or parents that would spend time playing with her. She bonds quickly to her people and spending quality time with them is her dream. If you are looking for a playful and happy go lucky girl, consider Freckles! She will give you endless love and smiles! She is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped. If interested, please submit application from wwwpoquitapawsrescue.org. Her adoption fee is $200.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
