We understand you are excited to adopt a new fur family rescue, however, we are a small rescue so please no calls. All the information we have for this animal is in this description please read the entire description. We do not adopt out-of-state. We do not adopt to homes with children under the age of 10 years old. We do require a home check (no exceptions), We try to match each animal with the best fit for the animal. Our adoption fees are not negotiable.

Addie was being surrendered at the shelter when we were there picking up another dog. Addie and Max had no idea what was going on or why they were there or where was their person. I asked the two people dropping them off why they were surrendering them and learned their person had died that day and the first thing her relatives did was take her dogs to the shelter.

To look at Addie you would think she has been through a lot. She has a deformed ear we do not know what happened to it our vet thinks it was injured and never attended to. She and Max were being dumped at the Chico Shelter when their mom passed, 15 minutes after she passed her son and daughter-in-law took Addie and Max to the shelter. A couple of weeks later we were called and asked to take them. They were so scared but warmed up quickly as they realized they were safe. Addie is doing great now, shes a loving and happy little dog. She loves to be cuddled and petted. She gives kisses she can be a silly girl. She would do fantastic in a quiet home with a senior who is active. 

Addie is about 7 years old and weighs about 6.5 pounds. She is vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, and had a recent dental.
