Houston, TX area: "Abigail" is AVAILABLE for ADOPTION! This precious girl is about 6 years old and has diabetes. She receives insulin twice a day and her diabetes are now regulated. Abigail was picked up off the streets by an FPA Volunteer just in time. She was wasting away; she would not have made it much longer. The neighborhood where she was found, was not kind to her. She was a dog asking for help, only to be chased away. We will include a BEFORE photo in her album. Abigail is spayed, current on vaccines, micro-chipped and Heart-worm negative! The vet thinks she is around 6 years old and she now weighs 67 lbs. Abigail loves toys and her people. She loves to snuggle and take walks. She is a quiet lab and will let you know when she needs to go outside. She is crate and house trained. She would make a wonderful companion. Abigail has eyesight in one eye, due to a recent correction surgery.
