Description:
Hello! My name is Alfredo, and I am a 3-year-old female cockatiel. I am a sweet little bird who loves having human companions to chill with.

I am a healthy and happy girl! My previous family took very good care of me, so my new family has a lot to live up to. I eat a mixed diet of pellets and nuts/seeds (heading towards primarily pellets) and nowadays get daily offerings of veggie chop. I deserve to be someone’s #1 gal, but I promise I am easy going and easy to please.

What gets me excited? I will go bonkers if you whistle me a tune. I just love it! I also love showers and have recently been introduced to birdie baths. It has taken some time for me to get totally comfortable in my new foster home, but I am now starting to explore my surroundings. I like to be outside, too! My previous family used to take me out for walks.

I have experience living around dogs and have no fear of them, but that doesn’t mean you should leave me unattended. I would probably do well with other members of my species or those of similar or smaller size. I am great with all kinds of people, adults and children.

Something silly about me is that I have a little bald spot on my head. This is totally normal for tiels of my type, and my foster mom thinks its pretty darn cute. Head scratches are totally welcome, if I know you well enough.

If you are looking for a new companion and would like to adopt me, please fill out the application at the link below!

Alfredo would love a new toy or treat from his wishlist! You can view it here: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3BTE0FRJPQT2U?ref_=wl_share
