She has very limited vision and hearing, and is currently on medication to try and help a stubborn ear infection. Zoey is seeking a home that doesnt have too many stairs and that can offer her a nice fenced in yard for her to safely explore. She lives in a foster home with other small dogs and has done very well with them! She also is friendly with people of all ages, but is not a fan of having her ears cleaned as they have long been a source of discomfort. Zoey seems to really enjoy being out in the yard during the day, she can manage a few stairs up and down with her limited vision and seems to navigate best in bright daylight. She is as sweet as they come and will very quickly work her way into your heart!

Zoeys adoption fee is $200 and includes her spay, microchip and current vaccinations. Zoey has also recently had a dental, and has had extensive vet care, including a culture on her ears to determine what bacteria is plaguing her and how best to treat it. Zoey is seeking a new owner who will spare no expense at providing her the best in vet care and grooming, after many years of going without. Last Hope requires that all animals be kept as indoor pets only, be altered and current on vaccinations and preventatives for consideration. Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a vet check and a home visit. Please submit an adoption application for consideration through our website, www.Adopthope.org. Zoey is seeking a home within one hour/60 miles of Cedar Rapids at this time.
