Daisy Mae is a very happy, sweet but sassy 1 year old Dobie girl who loves her people and playing with other dogs. Daisy had come to rescue as a puppy but has come back as she had 2 obstruction surgeries because of eating socks and washcloths; so, it is important that her forever family is aware of this and does not allow any laundry on floors or within reach of her. Daisy is crate trained, though she does prefer to sleep on a dog bed next to her family at night and she does need to be crated when no one is home and there should be no stuffed toys or blankets as she will chew them apart. Daisy is a very busy girl and loves to play with her people; however, she can be a bit mouthy, but this is just her way of getting your attention to play. We recommend no children as she is quite timid, and she will chew and eat any toys, stuffies or laundry left out. Daisy has a very high prey drive, so no small animals and will need a 5ft fence. she is working hard on recall and improves each day. Daisy loves having a sibling, though she can get a little rough and will need to have a non-alpha buddy, preferably a boy but also a buddy who can put her in her place when needed. At the end of the day Miss Daisy just wants to cuddle on the couch wrapped in her blanket next to her people and siblings.
