Meet beautiful Zara! This poor pup was found with her mom (who has already been adopted in the Bay Area) being abused on the streets. She was so scared and shy and it took patience to get her out of her shell. We literally had to drag her out of her crate to get her to come out.

Now a few months later,  shes much more confident and independent and ready to go to her own family. Shes great with kids of all ages as well as other dogs and cats. 

Zara needs a home that will continue to nurture her and love on her. She has a calm, loving, and playful personality.

Zara is also the perfect size at about 35lbs and shes perfectly healthy. We think shes just about done growing.

Zara is with Pretty Little Perros (PLP) Rescue in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, but can be sent to the Northern California if we can find her a great family. Zara is already sterilized and fully vaccinated.
