At the beginning of August, over 20 cats were surrendered to SARA by a woman who claimed her landlord would shoot them if she didnt remove them from the house. We hear this story a lot around here, and the danger to animals is real. These cats deserve a loyal home who will never desert them and show them only the gentlest of love.
