ESTHER IS STILL AVAILABLE!!!\xa0\xa0 Meet ESTHER (why yes she IS a queen for all of you Biblical scholars out there!) and HAZEL, her devoted roommate.\xa0\xa0These two ladies have been sharing a room at the shelter for approximately four years.\xa0\xa0Esther (beautiful long-haired striped Siberian mix) is seven years old, and Hazel (semi-long haired shiny, black coat with white cameo broach) is five.\xa0\xa0This pair doesn’t let anything get past them. They remember the day I inadvertently failed to latch their door, and they sauntered out to survey their kingdom.\xa0\xa0Now when I’m done cleaning their room, they give the door a few rattles to see if the simpleton has done it again. Esther and Hazel could be adopted separately, but have been friends for quite some time and would love to go together. You might ask why they’ve been at the shelter so long. The simple answer to that is probably “kittens.”\xa0\xa0Who doesn’t love a kitten?! Sometimes it’s a little harder for older cats to find homes. But these lovely ladies sure deserve one! Contact the HUMANE SOCIETY of RAY COUNTY to meet Esther! Thank you for considering a shelter pet!\xa0\xa0You make a difference!
