Description:
Hello! My name is Poppy and vets guess my age at 3 years. Wouldnt it be nice if all ladies can have a guess of their age? I would think everyone would guess theirselves at being younger .... hee hee!

For some reason I was found roaming around someones block. Lots of neighbors noticed me but nobody knew who my Owners were. One of nice ladies who noticed me works at a vet office.

One day, when it was raining cats & dogs (hee hee) and this nice lady tried to get me to come inside. It was quite chilly and she was worried about me. She opened her door and the smart girl I am I came right inside.

This nice lady tried to find my owner but I had no collar, tags or a microchip. I, obviously couldnt tell her where I lived but I SURE did tell her nicely by my purring & head butts thank you for letting me inside out of the cold rain.

Im now in the care of an animal rescue and they tell me "Poppy, we are going to find you a forever home where youll never be outside again".

I love hanging out on my cat tree - checking things out. I am quite vocal and if you come meet me we can have a great chat. I will rub myself on your legs and you can pet me. I might talk more! I like to be held but short times. Oh, dont forget to bring my treat. I love my chicken treats.

I hope one day I have a family that will take good care of me and Ill never be let outside in that cold, rain again!

Thanks,

Poppy

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
