Meet Grand Piglet!

In a nutshell, she is a calm and happy tortie girl with an independent streak that surfaces in different ways. Not as bold as her sisters, she can be a bit cautious and reserved, but dont think that it means she doesnt like to play. She loves chasing the laser but her fosters report that she isnt gung-ho about wrestling, chasing, and pouncing on other cats. She likes to do her own thing when it comes to playtime!

Highly affectionate, Grand Piglet loves to find her human and snuggle up whenever possible. During a cuddle session, shell purr up a storm! While shes happy to come get snuggles, shes not a bed sleeper like her sister Felicitas Fancybottom (112012).

Grand Piglet has done well with other cats but hasnt met dogs or children. While her experiences with other cats, including her sisters, have been positive, she ignores who doesnt like her and ignores who she doesnt like. She is the typical "I can do this alone if you dont mind" cat when interacting with other cats, but at the same time, she likes a good chase with certain cat friends.

If youre looking for a quieter cat, Grand Piglet might be a good choice since she isnt loud and demanding. She has a low and very quiet meow even when shes begging for food like her sisters. Super sweet and calm, Grand Piglet is ideal for someone who wants a calmer cat while also enjoying the occasional antics of a kitten. Being down with regular snuggles is a must. Being affectionate, calm, and a little independent - with a healthy dash of "tortitude" - we think shes quite charming!

Grand Piglet has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. Its a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, FeLVies are just like any other cat. APA! waves the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Grand Piglet can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? Wed love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed, or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
