Selina (ID#22010) was named after the infamous Selina Kyle of Batman fame, as Selina is a street cat with a heart of gold! Taken in from a suburban colony, Selina was taken to the emergency vet with a mouth wound, and when her rescuer brought her home, Selina literally melted into her arms, and this kittys homeless life was officially over. She has an incredibly friendly and easygoing personality, and absolutely adores cuddling with her humans. Selina has a tendency to "melt" when being picked up or handled and flops around when being petted, an extra adorable trait. While she is still trying to figure out toys, she seems to really love string toys and balls, is very food and treat driven, and is absolutely smitten with her catnip toy! She has become socialized with the other cats in the house very quickly, and gets along incredibly well with her cat siblings, and her foster family finds her to be so laid back that they believe they can get along with any kind of family. While she could probably be a single kitty in her household, she needs lots of attention, and is used to a life around other cats, both when she was with her family in the outside colony and with her foster family. Sometimes Selina has a tendency to get overwhelmed when people loom over her or walk toward her too quickly, but when you are sitting down or in bed this kitty is all over you for cuddle time! Selina has been through so much in her short life, and needs to find a loving home that will pamper her like the high society debutante she is!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
