Description:
MEET BUTTERBALL - Check out my video! I am looking for: - A quiet home - Adult or quieter family - No dogs but cats are okay and a plus! - Experience with undersocialized/shy cats a plus - I will require multiple visits before adoption Butterball came to us from a home with many other cats, so she derives a lot of comfort here at the shelter from her feline friends. Since the only home she has ever known had a lot of cats but not a lot of people, Butterball is still trying to figure us humans out. She is quiet and observant, and relaxes when we speak quietly to her. Did you know that most orange cats are males? Butterball is the exception to the rule, and is a gorgeous orange and white tabby. She still has some sprucing up to do from her previous home, but shes gotten a lot of attention from our staff and volunteers and is ready to join the right home. Butterball will require multiple meets before going home. Butterball is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been neutered, microchipped and been seen by our vet team. For more information on Butterball or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
