Brodie is a very energetic cat. Playing around is her mantra that keeps every day lively. She loves to play with boxes, jump into them and play hide and seek. Also, she enjoys being chased around or hunting small objects like bottle lids. However, she dislikes most of the toys I bought for her, so I would call her an eco-friendly cat!!
Sometimes, Brodie will hide behind our doors trying to scare us and play. Its extremely adorable and funny. She rolls around in her bed to show her belly, but its not always an invitation to a belly rub session. She does have tolerance for petting. Nonetheless, she wont attack aggressively to signal her tolerance but simply turns her head or gently tap your hand to let you know.
In a day, she usually comes to us to wake us up, ready to play again. When shes done with the playing session, she spends other time exploring things all the time, or simply staying comfortably in her bed to watch things going around her.
Brodie hasnt interacted with other animals so I am not quite sure how she would respond to that situation, but as for strangers, she is pretty friendly. Whenever we have guests, she goes up to them and sniffs. She does have a level of awareness like every other cat but will never voluntarily attack strangers, and sometimes she even allows strangers to pet her.
