Description:
Mandy is 4 years-old, and shes a bit of a roly-poly cat at 17 lbs., something she hopes her new family will help her with, as though she loves to eat, she could also use some exercise and more measured nutrition.

She was surrendered because her owners were moving, and shed prefer to find her new family as quickly as possible. We know that because she told us, and shell tell you as well when you meet her, because Mandy loves to talk!

She can take a bit to warm up to new people, and she has an independent-streak in her, but she does eventually allow affection on her terms once shes gotten to know you. Shes not a huge fan of being picked up, but shell let you know when shes ready for some pets by giving you some gentle head-bumps.

Shed be a great cat to have around your home if you arent necessarily looking for a lap cat immediately, as shell be a presence, but likely wont be jumping on your keyboard or demanding attention frequently.

If youd like to meet a pretty relaxed lady in need of a good home, Mandy might be a good choice!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
