Well, hello there! Im Silk and like my namesake suggests, I have the silkiest of purrs. How will you know? Because, I purr constantly! I purr when you pet me, when you rub my belly, when you talk to me....even when you just look at me. I was adopted as a kitten 2 years ago, and by no fault of my own, I had to come back to SFC because my human got very sick. Ive been living a great life since kittenhood, so rest assured that Im a very comfortable house cat. Im a good mix of playful, social, and lazy. Im currently staying with my foster family and have one feline sister. We are fine together. We havent been together long enough to become good friends, but were respectful of each others space and only hiss or growl at one another on occasion. I dont live in the same space as my foster dog siblings, and that is just fine by me. Theyve come to visit me and also like to stare me down through the French doors. Theyre just not my cup of tea. My foster mom thinks I probably did not live with dogs in my former house and would be happier without them in my forever home. Im a very good and happy girl and hope you like what you see.
