Meet the Wine litter! This group of six siblings came to us because their (unfortunately unspayed) mother had escaped her home, was on the run for a while, and then came back with a surprise which her owners were quite unprepared to deal with. These kittens are now about 13 weeks old and some of them are still a little skittish, but they are coming around quickly and becoming curious and playful. Lees is a little shy but sweet and friendly and loves belly rubs. She will do best in a quieter home that gives her time to feel safe. Other cats, cat friendly dogs and older respectful children should be fine. Since we believe that kittens that young should not grow up as the only pet in a home, Lees will have to be adopted as a pair with another kitten unless there is already another cat or a cat friendly dog in the home. Lees has her initial vaccinations but will have to be returned to New Hope for her boosters, microchip and spay when she is old enough. The cost of this is included in the adoption fee of $200.
