Pet name:
Domestic Short Hair
Orange / Red
We give to you, this Saturday morning....the gift of our beauty, and we are known simply as...THE SHAKESPURR BABIES. We are just a hair off of the original Shakespeare characters, but deserving of our names in our own right. We are made up of 3 different litters, and we all came from a sketchy background in New Orleans, LA. However, we came to True Rescue together and formed a troupe that entertains people and other animals at the True Rescue shelter. This is our passion and our calling. Here are some famous Shakespeare quotes that youll often hear us saying around the shelter, because really we think he had cats in mind when writing these. And we took some liberties with a few of the quotes, which is what we do by nature.:
"To pee or not to pee, that is the question!"
"Boldness by my friend"
"When meows are scarce, they are seldom spent in vain"
"Look like the innocent flower, but be the tiger under it"
"Et tu, Doggie?"
"Many a true meow hath been uttered in jest"
"I love you with so much of my heart that there is none to protest"
"Though she be but little, she is fierce"
And finally this, our favorite:
"Tis not enough to help the feeble up, but to support them after"
Now the curtains can close...but not until you adopt us and give us a truly happy ending, which doesnt always happen in a Shakespeare play, but DOES happen in a "Shakespurr" play. The Shakespurr plays always get the happiest endings for the kitties. So with that, we digress, and will turn it over to you to decide which one or two of us to pick. And know that "we would not wish any companion in the world but you" - yes, another Shakespeare quote, just for you. OH, we will be at the ADOPTION EVENT today at the Mt. Juliet PetSmart from 11-3, so come there to see us and adopt, but fill out your form first, it helps! (the curtains close)
