Description:
Meet Clementine! Clementine is sweet, kind and she knows what she wants and isnt afraid to tell you!

Clementine can be shy at first but will warm up within minutes of meeting someone. She then becomes friendly and social and loves a good head rub. Because Clementine requires a good amount of attention, she would be best suited for someone who works from home or lives in a household where she wont be left alone for too long. She enjoys being entertained by her humans!

You can expect her to explore your home and follow you around until you give her the attention she seeks. She may not sit on your lap, but she will lay next to you for some brief petting, or just hang out by your side.

Clementine is very playful! Her favorite activities include chasing her laser pointer, and batting hair ties and bouncy balls around the house. She also enjoys lounging around and looking out the window, however loud noises still startle her sometimes.

Although Clementine seeks affection and likes to be pet, like many cats she can get overstimulated from too much petting. She will let you know when she wants attention, and typically enjoys a pet for a few minutes before she becomes agitated. With the help of her foster family, we have learned the signs Clementine gives to let you know shes had enough petting. Her adopter should be prepared to learn and listen to Clementines body language, and our Adoption Team would be happy to provide more information and guidance. Because Clementine is a sensitive gal, she would do best in a home with older children or no children.

Clementine would thrive as the only animal in your home as she would benefit from receiving your undivided attention and playtime!
