Description:
Rescued on Memorial Day weekend, our Patriot litter is now ready for adoption! These super sweet babies were raised in foster care along with their mom since just a few days old. Four boys and one girl, Hero, Warrior, Bravery, Courage and little Glory are just delightful and snuggly. Mom Valor along with their foster family did a great job raising them! Good with cats and gentle dogs, they are vetted and microcipped, and are available to meet at Lake Anna.

Please email megshrum@gmail.com with questions and follow the adoption process below.

The Adoption Process

\tIf you are ready to meet this feline please fill out an online adoption application by copying and pasting the following link into your internet browser: https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/10664/generic
\tOnce your application is submitted, we will contact the vet reference provided. If you do not yet have a vet, please provide three personal references these could be family and friends who can attest to your pet parenting skills.
\tA volunteer will schedule a phone interview with you. The interview and application help our fosters find their forever home by ensuring a good match.
\tThe Louisa Humane Society does not have a brick and mortar facility, so all of our pets are in foster care. Once approved, the foster parent will reach out to arrange a visit. The foster family can tell you all about their likes, dislikes, and little quirks.
\tThe application and visit do not oblige you to adopt, but if youre ready to take the feline home as your furry forever friend, their adoption fee is $125.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
