Description:
Meet Hazelnut!

A few months ago we took in four kittens that needed more care than the shelter was able to offer, so they joined our ALDR family and moved into a wonderful foster home. After some meds, lots of love, all four kittens were ready for their furrever families now that they were healthy and fully vetted!

Fluffernutter and Hazelnut are two active kittens looking for their forever home together! At around 6 months old, they are very energetic and playful, and constantly looking to explore the world around them. They do not like being held but they will usually accept being pet on their own terms, and will often meow for attention. Hazelnut is more independent than Fluffernutter and may not always feel like interacting. As long as their boundaries are respected, as time goes on they will be more affectionate and seek out snuggles. Their favorite time of day is feeding time, and as soon as they know youre preparing their food, they will meow in anticipation of it. They are good with other cats and dogs with a slow and proper introduction. Because they are young kittens, they are still learning manners and can be mischievious. They may jump on adult cats that may not appreciate kitten playfulness so a patient and understanding home is a must. The pair enjoy playing and wrestling with each other and playing with all of the fun toys their foster home has!
