Stella came to Fauna as a young pregnant mom. Stella had never known a home or a human touch, once the kittens were adopted Stella was open and receptive to interacting with people. She quickly learned how to make humans her slave and give her treats on demand. Stella is a fun girl who loves to play with toys, has a fondness for toys and scratchers spritzed with catnip mist Stella loves to be petted however petting must take place on her terms. Stella will give kisses and head bumps. Stella would probably do best in a home without very young children. Shell need time to adjust to a new setting. Mostly will be shy and hide. Patience and treats will no doubt bring Stella to come to embrace her new home. Stella has never known the comfort of living with people in a home. There would a lot for Stella to explore in a home. Shes still very young and curious. Stella has gorgeous green eyes and frisky fun personality. Please think about giving Stella a home, her FIRST home. If youre the type of person who loves a challenge..look no further. Sharing a cattery with Stella is the stunning Abracadabra -Abra for short. Abra along with several other kittens of the ages of 5-7 months were brought to a home in the hills and let loose as rodent control. No shelter, no food. Seeing as this isnt a safe situation kind hearted people started trapping the kittens. Abra came to Fauna along with another one of the kittens-that kitten took a job at a fed store as head of mice control-hes still hard at work. At that time there were many cats sharing the cattery with Abra and she did great with the other cats, no hissing or snarling. Abra and Stella are good friends. Wed love to see Abra adopted with Stella, however Abra will need someone who can work on socializing her. She doesnt hiss at people, however she is very shy and likes to just watch and blink her gorgeous gold eyes at the volunteers. Note: one of the volunteers was having some sucess with Abra, until the pandemic hit and we lost most of our volunteers. Now Abra only gets minimal attention, in a home with her own person, the feeling is she might , she probably, would begin to loose her shyness and allow pets. If Abra is adopted with Stella, wed greatly reduce her adoption donation. Abra and Stella are both spayed and vaccinated.
