Chowder was abandoned and dumped by a dumpster. She is sweet, loving and friendly, but may get overstimulated. She is blind but has the cutest big eyes. She has hyperthyroid, meaning she needs to be medicated twice a day in order to help her diagnosis. She is good with other cats as long as they are calm and dont invade her space. She is good with dogs.
