My History! 
Minnie was taken to the city shelter with 15 other cats and kittens. They were taken in after hours and no info given, so no one knew whose babies went with which mom. Were some of them hers? Yes. Which ones? No clue. So, she was force weaned and so were they... Sad. A situation that never had to happen in the first place if theyd just been spayed or neutered. ? 
Minnie and the rest waited and waited for homes. Unfortunately they were all black and black/white which means... They take forever and ever and ever to get adopted. While some of us love black kitties, a large majority of adopters want cool colored coats and unique markings, leaving the solids and tuxedos waiting. Its a very true thing that happens with cats and dogs. :(  in fact, two of the cats she came in with ARE STILL AT THE CITY SHELTER ON WEEK SIX of waiting in a cage. 
We had room at the FURcility and pulled three cats at once, and one was Minnie. I chose her because she was not doing well in the Kennel any longer. She was getting stressed and frustrated. I knew we could let her decompress and find out just what she wanted in a forever home and help her find it!

What kind of Family would I like? ????
? Minjamin, Minnifred, Minners, Minty Fresh haha, so many nicknames. Shes a true joy and brings SO. MUCH. LIGHT. to the FURcility. Shes always happy and going and exploring and playing and helping. Shes so happy to be with us, I can only imagine what the stability of a family and home will do for her.
? She really likes to play by isnt crazy energetic. She has fun with toys and wands and roundabouts. She enjoys a little play with another cat, but then shes ready to be on her own. 
? Minnie loves to look out windows and watch wildlife and passerbys. She lack no confidence and knows no stranger. She will be sure to greet any visitors and would do just fine in a very busy home. She would get bored in a slow-paced atmosphere. 
? Minnie would love a large family, but would fit into several types of homes. But if you have a big fam and are always on the go - Minnie would fit in just fine. ??

???? I am great with children of all ages and love to play with them.
? I am good with other cats. Im a little picky about my cat friends so I can have one or two kinds - a cat in the home that doesnt care about other cats at all and does their own thing, or a submissive cat who follows the leader. Minnie is a leader. She has a lot of fun playing with Skeeter but their relationship is like a brother and sister - they play, spat, play, spat. A laid back cat is the ideal housemate.
? I am fine ok dogs but they should be cat friendly and allow me space to acclimate.
?? I am litter trained and use a large covered box made by Natures Miracle and clumping non scented, dust free litter. 
?? I eat Purina ONE.

How do I adopt this cat? ??
