Rosie came to us from a home that decided they were meant to be a dog-only home, but they clearly didnt realize what a treasure they had!

She was definitely spicy until she settled into her new surroundings, but even then, clearly wanted to be with people. Once she calmed down...well she couldnt be a better kitten! She loves to cuddle and sleep with you at night, shes a purr machine, land likes to play. Everyone looks for something different in a kitten, but shes just what I enjoy. Not too pushy, but really snuggly.

She has some opinions about other cats. She seems to do well with kittens, and I think would like a companion, but will definitely do best with a younger, less assertive cat.

I think she will do well with any family structure, kids or no kids, but I would avoid the toddler stage just because she doesnt tolerate mishandling.

Shell be available for adoption the weekend of 6/4, but I recommend applications before then.When adopting a kitten, consider a second kitten to avoid ""single kitten syndrome"". Two kittens keep each other busy, get into less trouble, are better socialized and can keep each other company while youre gone. 

When introduced properly, most cats and kittens adjust well to children and other pets in the home. Its critical that cats have a safe place to retreat to if interactions become overwhelming and that all early interactions are well supervised. If you already have a cat, please talk to us about how to introduce them to each other successfully.

All our cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on shots and worming and have been treated for fleas. They also are microchipped and the registration fee is complimentary. 

The fee for all our cats and kittens is $150 with a $50 discount for adopting a second cat or kitten.
