Asher found herself back with the rescue after a family member suffered allergies in the home. Shes found a foster home where shes the only pet and is doing well but ready to find a forever home.

Asher is a year and a half old and is waiting to find her forever home. She is a small and uniquely attractive tabby. Per her foster she is very sweet and mild mannered. She has superb grooming skills and never fails to use the litter box. She will follow you everywhere and sit close to you and enjoys under the chin scratches and petting. She is not a lap cat and not particularly fond of being held, but may turn into one as she becomes more comfortable with you. Her previous foster parents had multiple pets and according to her Asher was comfortable with both dogs and cats. Like most cats she loves a good view of the outdoors, as she can sit on by the window for hours. She enjoys wet (turkey, beef) and dry food. Asher is looking for a home where she can access to a lot of play time to keep her happy.

Asher would do well in a home as the only pet. Want to know more about Asher? Apply at

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
