Lily is a Courtesy Post. Please contact Joan at (602) 300-1603 (calls and texts) Lily aka Mama Kitty was a feral cat trapped with her male kitten in the desert in November 2020. She is still skittish; shell touch her nose to my finger, but she doesnt yet trust to be petted or picked up. I can walk close by her without her running away. She is accepting and friendly with other cats, and has been living indoors with her son and two male cats for the past 11 months. Shes very playful and is always on the alert. She particularly likes to play with strings and enjoys her scratching post. She is very curious and playful, but very shy. She does not like to be held or restrained. When its time to rest, she sleeps on a cat tree, on fuzzy bathroom carpets, in her window bed, or on the sofa. Sh es been fine with dogs (to include dogs that are blind or deaf). Her new owner needs to know that she needs patience and love. She may run away because its hard for her to trust, and shell need lots of quality time. Wet cat food and treats are good motivators for her. Lily was neutered at Altered Tails in Mesa on Dec 5th, 2020. She has been treated at Compassionate Animal Care for the following: Tested negative for FELV, given FELV #1, spayed, wormed with Droncit, given 1-yr Rabies and FVRCP #1 on Dec 21st, 2020. Given FVRCP #2 and FELV #2 on Jan 19th, 2021. Lily aka Mama Kitty Breed: Domestic shorthair Color: White/Gray tabby Age: 3 yrs Sex: Female Spayed/Neutered: Yes Weight: 8 lbs.
