Meet Penny Lane. Penny Lane is a little over a year old, she has been felv/fiv tested negative, vaccinated, and treated for parasites. Penny Lane will be ready to go to her new home the third week of October, after she has been spayed and microchipped and received her distemper booster. Penny Lane has had a rough start in life. The mom cat had a home but after the mom cat kept having litter after litter (spaying would have taken care of that) they booted mom cat and her litter outside to fend for themselves. A Good Samaritan had been caring for the mom cat and the remaining two kittens who were now a year old. Penny Lane was becoming very sickly and the Good Samaritan was able to catch her and thankfully we had an available foster home. We didnt know if Penny Lane was going to make it but after amazing vet care and serious foster care that included daily fluids, and syringe feedings, here she is. Penny Lane is getting used to indoor life and enjoying it. She isnt too fond of other cats and will be happiest as the only pet in the home. She does tolerate well mannered dogs. She is an affectionate girl but does like to be picked up or carried around. She is an independent gal and enjoys playtime. For more information, contact Cause for Paws at cause4paws@hotmail.com or 952-259-1483. The adoption fee is $175. Penny Lane will be ready to go home mid to late October.
