HISTORY: VELVET was found as a stray in Wichita. She was not responding well at the shelter and F&F was asked to give her another chance. 
TEMPERAMENT: VELVET still startles easily which is probably a result of living on the streets for several years. Her ideal home would be with a quiet adult and no other pets.
