Just like her name implies, Dulcie is as sweet as sugar! This little gal adores being held and giving kisses. She is very playful and absolutely loves Squeeze up treats. Born to a feral Momma in a volunteers backyard, she was trapped with her sister and they are being fostered together. Although she doesnt have to be adopted with Sylvia, she would prefer a playful resident kitty to keep her company.
