Alice and her stepsister Violet were rescued from a backyard at a young age. Their moms were sisters. Violet looks like the mom. Alice is the big sister by about 2 weeks. They are bonded and must be adopted together.

Since they were brought in, they have been inseparable. Alice is very outgoing and adventurous and Violet tends to follow. Alice loves to play with her sister and they spend many hours roughhousing.

Alice is a little picky with food but enjoys temptations. She also likes laying beside me or on me and purrs loudly when petted.

Would you like to make Alice and Violet a part of your family? You can start the virtual adoption process by filling in our online application found at: avacats.org/adopt/adoption-form.

Our kittens are also fully vetted which includes spay/neuter, first-round of age-appropriate vaccines at time of adoption, flea and worm treatments, microchips. Adoption fees are $225 for each kitten up to 12 months old.

All AVA kittens 6 months or younger must be adopted in pairs or go to a home with another young cat (3 years or younger). Kittens learn from each other how to behave, which helps them turn into well-adjusted adult cats. In general, paired cats have happier and healthier lives because they have a constant companion and playmate. Plus, it’s twice the fun for you, and half the work!
