Hi, Im Belle!

My foster mom said I could use her computer to tell you about myself. (Usually I just like to press various keys while shes working.)

Before my foster mom invited me to stay at her place while awaiting my forever home, I was kinda stressed in my cage at Heartland. Dont get me wrong, everyone there is really super wonderful, but a cage is not a place for a special kitty like me. Foster mom lets me cuddle and sleep with her and constantly tells me that I am safe and loved .... what a marvelous feeling!

Even better, I have lots of toys to play with, and foster mom even let me order more from Amazon. My absolute favorite game is fetch. Ill bring you my furry mousie or puff ball and ask you to throw it for me so I can run after it, pick it up in my mouth and bring it back to you to throw it again. I can jump real high and catch the toy in mid-air and foster mom says I should try out for The Cubs .... whatever that is. If youre busy, Ill throw the toys around by myself to chase, and will find a way to bat as many as possible under the stove for you to retrieve for me later on.

I really love my gushy food....mostly Friskies pate, or Lickables as a special treat! Ill talk to you when youre preparing my bowl to ask you to hurry up. Kibble is ok....and I nibble on it throughout the day. Foster mom taught me how to take treats from her hand, and I really enjoy that. I know better than to beg for food, but if you have tuna or string cheese, I wont decline if you offer me a taste.

I also love exploring and looking out the window at the birds, squirrels, and delivery trucks. I enjoy my little cat tree that I can sleep and scratch on. While Im not thrilled with being picked up, I love being able to lay in your lap and receive gentle pets. Im a petite kitty, so youll hardly know Im there.

Its not a proper subject to discuss in polite company, but I want you to know that Im a really good girl with using my litter box.
