Description:
This sweet girl will give you all of the love she has and she really enjoys spending time with her people. More often than not, if you are sitting or laying down she is close by, preferably using you as a pillow. Laps really do make nice, warm, cozy napping spots.

She is a playful girl. She still acts like a kitten when it comes to playing and small toys she can swat around seem to be her favorites. When not playing, she enjoys lounging at the top of her cat tree so she can see everything. She likes to survey her surroundings and see what is going on. So, really, the best of both worlds = playful and chill!

Abby needs to be the only cat in the home--she does not get along with dogs or other cats. She will be a wonderful companion to the person who will commit to loving her. She does well with adults and should be okay with older children who understand to take things on Abbys time. A little patience goes a long way with her - she may be a bit shy and timid at first meeting - but once she gets to know you she will be "all in"!

Abby is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all shots. For more information and to fill out an application, go to www.pawsforlifenc.org. Foster to adopt option is available.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
