Small fry Kaia is absolutely adorable for sure.  This young lady, estimated to be just under a year old as of October 2021, is rather timid, though.  We dont think Kaia had much socialization or human interaction before she found herself at a local open-admission shelter.  Due to her approximate age and when she was found as a stray, we believe Kaia was most likely one of the many "Easter" bunnies who are sadly discarded each year once the novelty of caring for them wears off.  

Kaia is working on her confidence here at Lunas House and is coming along, slowly but surely.  We believe a home with previous rabbit experience would be best for her, and are seeking a family without children under than 12 years of age.  Kaias smaller stature and shy demeanor are just not a good fit for new rabbit guardians or for homes with younger children.

Our adoption fee for a single rabbit is $65. This is a donation meant to help us cover part of the cost of caring for the animal you are adopting while (s)he is with us, including veterinary exam, spay or neuter surgery, food, bedding, etc.
