Gray is a dilute calico pattern native Egyptian Mau. She was born in a home and will do well with a family who can give her all the attention and love she demands! Gray likes other cats but has not been around dogs or children, so we are not sure how she will be. Gray was born with a bent front paw so she limps but is able to get around fine. See videos of Gray below for more information. Gray is a lap cat and is looking for that special family who can see past her not being born perfect. Please note we are not a pet shop, breeder, or professional cat mill, but a 501c3 rescue. We get what we get in terms of cats who are in need of our help. Our adoption donation is on a cost-recovery basis. All of our cats for adoption are sterilized, fully vaccinated, treated for fleas/worms, are negative for FIV/FELV, and have a registered microchip, and come with their travel crate. Adoptions are on a cost-recovery basis and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11596/generic Native Mau Cats of Egypt are the oldest known descendants of Egyptian domesticated cats (which have provided a partial foundation for the recent Egyptian Mau cat breed), and they are one of only a few naturally occurring, small, spotted cats in the world. Adoptions are on a cost-recovery basis and by an approved application. NVEcats aims to increase education in Egypt and around the world about these magnificent and intelligent cats. Cats and kittens are not adopted out on a first-come, first-serve basis. We choose to match our applicant and cats based on what we deem as best suited for that particular cat or kitten.
