Hi all!  My name is Andromeda and Im a bit over a year old.  My foster momma said she fell in love with me the second she saw my photograph, supposedly I am extra gorgeous, who knew and how exciting!  Upon arrival at my foster home I had a cherry eye repaired and was finally spayed, thank goodness, because heat cycles are no fun!  Im going to turn this over to my foster mom now, as she said shed like to tell you all a bit more about me.  

Andromeda is such a pleasant surprise.  She and her litter were not socialized in their previous home, were most likely left kenneled together with little to no human affection day in and day out, so upon arrival, I was not sure how she would be.  Andromeda arrived ready for cuddles and affection, is always ready to play, has had no accidents here and can be trusted out of her crate during the day.  Having not been socialized properly with other dogs, Andromeda can be reactive to others if they are allowed to get in her face.  It seems she never learned to play and that in her old life, that face to face contact led to fights, so thats all she knows:(  She will do her best to avoid other dogs, can easily be walked in a neighborhood around many others, just does not need them to come say hi to her.  Here in her foster home, she can be loose in the house while our other foster is kenneled, and she pays no mind to him at all.  

Andromeda has plenty of energy and it would be wonderful to see her in an active household that is looking for a running companion or hiking partner.  The world is so exciting to her, she wants to smell every smell and see all the things!  On the flip side though, shes also a perfect "bring to work dog" as she knows when to chill and loves all the humans.  If ready for a loving companion that will keep you laughing day in and day out, Andromeda might just be your gal, shes the cuddliest comedienne of them all.
