Emery is a calm and gentle girl! She is good with people, gentle with children and good with dogs of all sizes. Emery has been through a rough start in life. However, she still loves and trusts people with all her heart. There is not a mean bone in her. Emery is doing very well in her foster home and ready for her forever home. Emery started some leash training and is learning at a good pace. She is crate-trained and doing well on her housetraining. She rides well in the car and can wait patiently while her foster mom runs errands. Emery is an amazing girl and will be a good family dog!

EMERY’s Rescue Story

Poor Emery was abandoned in a freeway. She was rescued by a volunteer of a TNR rescue group. The rescue has a temporary place for the dogs. TNR groups specialize in getting stray animals spayed and neutered and the animals are returned to their original location to live as homeless dogs. TNR programs help with the overpopulation of unwanted animals. The volunteer reached out to an experienced international rescue organization to help with them and some other puppies that are still too young to be released back to the streets. The founder of the rescue organization has over 180 dogs waiting for homes. However, she could not bear to see them going back to the mountain and suffer on the streets. She agreed to take Emery home and give her a chance in life.

Emery had a thorough medical checkup. She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on her blood tests. Please give Emery a loving forever home that she deserves.
