Furkids and Scout want to thank Classic Subaru of Atlanta for sponsoring Scouts care until she gets adopted. Scout is a loving, energetic, 7-yr. old girl who absolutely adores her humans. She was pregnant when she came to Furkids. All 8 of her puppies were adopted, but Scout is still waiting patiently at the shelter for her perfect match - she is our longest term resident and has been in our program for over 5 years. Scout is a dog who loves a project, and she spends her time outside re-arranging the yards; she loves to move big sticks around and feels like she has accomplished something grand every day. She is looking for a home where she is the only animal so that she can be the center of attention. Her DNA results revealed that she is a Pit Bull, German Shepherd and Akita mix. So its no surprise that she needs to go to a home where she will be actively worked with every day. This girl really needs to feel like she is adding value! After finishing her work, however, she is available for lots of cuddles and lots of treats! Scout weighs about 60 lbs., her estimated birthdate is 3/14/2015, and her adoption fee is $175.
